Shipping FAQs

Orders with Ground Shipping typically take between 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Standard Ground Shipping is an estimated delivered time and is not guaranteed to be delivered within the 4 to 7 business days. Expedited orders placed before 9:00a.m. PST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charge is calculated at time of purchase.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer Expedited Shipping options to ensure you receive your order when you need it. All expedited orders confirmed before 9:00a.m. PST will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery.
